Kamikaze airplanes in the sky

[The video turns on to show Japan standing in his room. He's not in his blanket. Actually, he's not even in a kimono. He's wearing his dark, Meiji Uniform, indicating his change of attitude over the past few days. His sword's at his side, and you can probably spot his matching hat on a table nearby. Looking ready for battle, ready for outgoing activities. That's right, no more hiding from the world for now. He bows a little before speaking.]

I would like to begin by apologizing for any strange behavior recently. ...I am finished with my work, so if anyone has any business with me, I will be available.

If anyone has any news on what has been happening in the city lately, I would like to hear it. Any information on planned events in the future is welcome, as well. I realize that many of the people here happen to be Japanese citizens-- my citizens. I cannot help but feel a bit of responsibility, in this case. Ah, but please do not feel limited on contacting me. I have many friends, already, who are not Japanese.

[He pauses, looking a bit thoughtful, and then gives a softer look back at the camera.]

Ah.. and, I may be straying from the point, but.. does anyone know of any Sake here? I am not saying the beer is necessarily bad, but.. I am more comfortable with sake.

[There's some awkward shuffling, and then he nods and bows to the camera. He also repeats this message in text a few minutes later.]

Oh! If I could address the scientists for a moment. I'm honestly not too sure about the lake, but if I could be provided with enough fishing equipment, at least for a small group of people, I would be glad. A couple of fishing rods would be nice..
