Hello, everyone. Oh, um, I am the country of Japan, for those who have not met me. ..I hope I am not troubling anyone.. but it seems that failure to use these devices results in... rather unsettling shocks. That, and.. I wanted to properly learn how to use this device. It's so strange... so small, how can it do all of these things...

If you do not consider it a waste of time, perhaps those of you that have been here longer than I could answer a few questions?

Um, I suppose simple conversation is welcomed as well, if anyone is interested in that. It would at least... provide practice for using this device, as well as company.

Allied might be stretching it a bit; we had to sever the alliance before the Great War.

It's better off that way; if there's anything I've learned from the Doctor, it's that you should never toy with the timeline.

He's a giant loony, isn't he? But I'm sure as long as we can keep up a united front, we can minimize any damage he could cause.
