[The camera turns on as the device falls over a little, giving a rather interesting view of Japan, huddled in the corner of the room, papers all around him. Not just any papers-- art. They were drawn on. Filled with pictures.

Many strange pairings are scattered about in the pile. (Those are innocent, by the way. His drawings. Are not.) Not just those pictured, but obscure ones you can't even imagine. Have some Tohma/Suguru, Liz/Canada, Seifer/his gun (don't ask about that one). But, whatever you can imagine-- if Japan has spoken with you, you might be here. The more he's spoken with you, the more you seem to be included. Denmark, Tohma, and America.. I feel for you. His family.. should be used to this.

Japan doesn't seem to notice that his communicator fell over, and is smiling a little as he draws. He's not speaking to himself, but he does pause on the occasion to tap a pencil against his chin.

It's when he has just finished a nice picture of Denmark and Sweden that he notices the camera peering over his beautiful drawings. Immediately he reaches over, panic on his face, and shuts it off. MAYBE NO ONE SAW.]

(ooc: I find it necessary to be noted that while I was searching for pictures of pairings that would make the characters squirm, I found art that should never exist. Also, you need pixiv to view them all properly, sorry!)

[He chuckles a bit at that. Looks like he's getting all sorts of surprises out of Japan today.]

Just keeping track. Things are getting more complicated than I expected around here.

[A small shrug.]

What year are you from back on Earth?

It ain't that bad. Just more factors. ...Easier actually.

[He thinks a bit before asking his next question.]

You told me before you're at war with Russia? How'd that happen?

[Seifer notes that face, but he's not really surprised. People don't go to war just for kicks. ...Well people who aren't him, he'd probably do it just for kicks if he felt like it.]

Russia from the same time as you?

Guy's gotta do something with his time. He tries anything I'll make him eat it.

[Going to the table in the apartment he pulls a paper out of his pocket and unfolds it, flattening it down on the surface. It's a map of Earth China drew him earlier with several of the countries labeled.]

This look about right to you?

[Fff if anyone would ask he'd say Japan can sink or swim on his own, but when it came down to it he'd help. Taking a pencil out of his pocket he scribbles '1904' on the country marked Japan and taps the one marked Russia.]

You got an exact date?

[He frowns a bit, but doesn't push it. Knowing a date wouldn't help him much since he's not from Earth, but it'd still be something.]

You said you're a rising world power- who are the others? America's obvious [Seeing as he takes up most of a continent :|] but who else?

[If his voice is a little terse, well he hates taking this sort of stuff as if it's serious. Much as he likes Japan and a few other countries, he doesn't actually buy it. Still with America getting his chip out Seifer can't keep dismissing all this and he knows it.]

[Unfortunately Seifer's not from Earth, otherwise he might buy it. He's had a proverbial god live in his head before; anthropomorphic countries aren't actually the weirdest thing he's run into to. As Japan names each of the countries he finds them on the map and marks them with a small triangle.]

...Tch. Thank China, he made me the map. I'm just taking advantage of the opportunity here.

England and Germany are here. What about Austria, Hungary, Italy and France? You know?

[He's actually met Hungary, but he doesn't know it fff.]

...Great. Tch, we'll see how this goes.

Thanks Japan. This helped.

[He folds the map back up and stuffs it in his pocket. Moving towards the door he just waves. Yeah he forgot about the tea, sorry about that Japan.]

[He stops a bit confused for a moment. Oh. Right. He did be an ass ask for that didn't he. He does note the drooping shoulders and while it's not often you see Seifer looking a bit put out, he does this once. For once he wasn't actually trying to be an asshole, but he's kind of really done it to Japan today hasn't he.]

...Tch, I ain't in a hurry. Got a little carried away.

[He turns back and sits down at the table.]

Sorry.

Not really. Being in Discedo's just doing all the work I never wanted to do. Nothing much, the volume's just annoying.

[He takes one of the cups, but doesn't drink it, just sort of slowly rolling it back and forth between his hands still feeling like a bit of an ass. Social small talk isn't exactly his forte either, amazingly enough.]

So what do you do on Earth when you're not waging war and drawing disturbing pictures.

[No, he's not going to let that go.]

[The day Seifer confides anything that isn't business to anyone in Discedo is the day Fortuna finally gives up the ghost and falls apart. But it's nice that Japan's willing to listen anyways. Seifer smiles a bit at Japan's reaction to the mention of his pictures; why are you so easy to mess with Japan.]

Coulda fooled me, you're not exactly shy where it counts.

You don't help out with the government?
